Please read this refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Refund Policy

SiPE Academy is committed to providing quality education and training. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and the institute while maintaining the quality of our educational services.

Note: All refund requests must be made in writing to the institute administration. Verbal requests will not be considered.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration and admission fees
  • Study material and books issued
  • Certification and examination fees
  • Special workshop or seminar fees
  • Installment processing charges

4. Special Circumstances

Medical Grounds

In case of medical emergencies preventing course continuation, students may be eligible for special consideration. Required documents:

  • Medical certificate from registered practitioner
  • Hospital admission records (if applicable)
  • Doctor's recommendation for discontinuation

Relocation

Students relocating to another city may request course transfer to online mode (if available) or special refund consideration with proper documentation.

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit Written Request: Formal application to institute head
  2. Documentation: Provide required supporting documents
  3. Verification: Institute reviews the application
  4. Approval: Refund committee decision
  5. Processing: 15-30 working days for refund processing
  6. Payment: Refund via original payment method

6. Course Transfer Policy

Instead of refund, students may opt for course transfer under these conditions:

  • Transfer to another course of equal or higher value
  • Transfer to different batch (subject to availability)
  • Transfer to family member (with approval)
  • Valid for 6 months from original enrollment date

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding refunds, students may approach the institute's grievance cell. The decision of the institute management will be final and binding.
